The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provides certain rights to individuals in the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA), and Switzerland with respect to the processing of your personal data. This Addendum to the FlackTek Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) Privacy Policy addresses those rights, as well as the rights of individuals in the United Kingdom (UK), which has adopted its own equivalent to the GDPR.
